This panel will discuss possibilities for reading and writing beyond cis-gendered expectations, binary gender roles, and heteronormativity, particularly in genres where individuals are already superpowered, magical, and otherwise extraordinary. Join us for critical lenses and fannish feels about creating and consuming content representing a greater spectrum of identities and an expansive understanding of imaginary worlds.
